Job Description

I am looking for a credit repair customer service manager for our USA credit repair/credit coach.

We are a US-based company located in California, PST, and operate our business M-F 9 am – 5 pm PST.

Must be able to work M-F 9 am-5 pm pst / 35 – 40 hours per week
Must have stable internet to log in to Credit Repair Cloud Software, and make follow-up emails, texts, and phone calls using go high level.

We are looking for someone who can fully dedicate their entire shift virtually which will be monitored based on tasks completed. We are looking for someone who can communicate well, check in and out with EOD tasks completed, attend weekly meetings, and follow through with tasks assigned and job duties to get them done.

Urgent tasks must be followed through and followed up on to ensure they are completed and clients are satisfied.

You will be required to speak and write in English. This position requires written and verbal communication with US-based clients.

This position would be responsible for:
– General customer service
– Provide updates for clients looking for updates on their file
-answering all incoming calls on the company phone system
-returning all missed calls on the company phone system
-follow up with clients
-Follow-up emails with clients
-client billing (help clients update billing info, set up billing info in the system, and ensure all payments for clients have been made.
-help with email response
-help with email campaigns
-help with customer service tips and emails for the client email list
-helping clients build positive credit.
