Are you an EXPERIENCE CREDIT REPAIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP/ LEAD QUALIFIER seeking to aid individuals in improving their credit profiles? We’re searching for skilled Credit Repair Customer Service Assistants / Lead Qualifiers to join our dedicated team.

Your role involves:

Qualifying Prospects: Manage leads from our Facebook ads and group, effectively transferring calls to our closers.
Credit Analysis: Review credit reports, identify inaccuracies, and implement strategies to elevate credit scores.
Responsibilities Overview: Ensure accuracy in credit reports, navigate credit laws, and communicate adeptly to guide clients toward financial success.
Responsibilities:

Credit Analysis: Review reports for inaccuracies affecting credit scores.
Dispute Resolution: Prepare and submit dispute letters to challenge inaccuracies.
Credit Improvement: Develop tailored plans and offer debt management advice.
Client Communication: Maintain clear updates and ensure compliance with laws.
Record Keeping: Organize and secure client interactions and disputes.
Research: Stay updated on credit laws and best practices.
Requirements:

Proven Experience: Comprehensive knowledge of credit laws.
Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with credit repair software and ethical practices.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Credit Repair Assistant:

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Assist with document preparation and filing.
Client Communication: Collect necessary documentation and handle inquiries.
Data Entry: Maintain client information in credit repair software.
Document Management: Organize and secure client files.
Collaboration: Work closely with Credit Repair Specialists.

Requirements:

Availability: Comfortable starting at 9 am CST, phone communication skills.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
Experience: Prior administrative or customer service experience preferred.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to adapt and stay organized.
