Credit Repair Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.
• Analyze credit reports, and identify errors, discrepancies, and negative items affecting credit scores.
• Guide customers through the credit dispute process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Educate customers on credit management best practices, debt management, and responsible credit usage.
• Build strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and progress updates.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and documentation.
Requirements:
• Excellent customer service skills with a genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent English
• Solid understanding of credit reporting laws and regulations. (This not a requirement, we will train)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Previous experience in credit repair is a plus, but not required – we will provide comprehensive training!
