Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Consumer Credit/Dispute Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with credit dispute software, including Credit Repair Cloud and LetterStream, along with a solid understanding of filing procedures for Consumer Finance Protection Bureau (CFPB) complaints, complaints with Attorney Generals, generating demand letters, and notices of intent to sue.

Responsibilities:

– Utilize credit dispute software such as Credit Repair Cloud and LetterStream to manage and process consumer credit disputes efficiently.
– Handle the e-filing of complaints with the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau (CFPB) and Attorney Generals as required.
– Generate demand letters and notices of intent to sue when necessary.
– Communicate effectively with clients regarding the status of their credit disputes and provide assistance in understanding the credit repair process.
– Maintain accurate records and documentation of all credit dispute activities and communications.
Requirements:

– Prior experience in consumer credit dispute resolution, preferably in a similar role.
– Proficiency in using credit dispute software, particularly Credit Repair Cloud and LetterStream.
– Familiarity with filing procedures for Consumer Finance Protection Bureau (CFPB) complaints and complaints with Attorney Generals.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
– A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
