Credit Repair Dispute Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to support our credit repair services. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting our team in managing credit repair tasks, engaging with clients. This is a remote position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

We are heavy with consumer law disputes and use Dispute Fox so experience with consumer law, filing FTC report and consumer law disputes is key.

Being in location where Internet outages are not as frequent is a PLUS!

Responsibilities:
Credit Repair Assistance:
Collaborate with the credit repair team to gather and organize client information, credit reports, and supporting documentation.
Assist in identifying and disputing inaccuracies, errors, and negative items on clients’ credit reports.
Communicate with clients via email, phone, or messaging platforms to provide updates, answer inquiries, and address concerns.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes using our designated tools and systems.
Coordinate with credit bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies to resolve disputes and negotiate credit repair solutions.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Familiarity with credit repair services, credit reports, and the dispute process is REQUIRED.
Familiarity with DisputeFox and consumer laws, FTC report, BBB complaints, CFPB complaints and state attorney general complaints is PREFERRED
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with professionalism.
