We are actively seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team and take charge of managing credit dispute processes. As an Experienced Credit Repair Dispute Virtual Assistant, you will navigate Dispute Fox, handle client communications, and ensure the effective resolution of credit-related issues.

Responsibilities:

– Credit Dispute Management:

Utilize CRM Dispute Fox to initiate, track, and manage credit disputes.
Navigate the Dispute Fox platform proficiently to maximize its features.

– Client Communication:

Engage with clients to gather necessary information for credit disputes.
Provide updates and communicate effectively throughout the dispute resolution process.

– Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of all credit disputes and resolutions.
Prepare and submit necessary documentation for dispute cases.

– Research and Analysis:

Conduct research on credit reports and identify areas for dispute.
Analyze credit-related information to determine the best course of action.

– Task Coordination:

Coordinate tasks related to credit dispute resolution and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements:

– Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in credit repair and dispute resolution.
– Proficiency in using CRM Dispute Fox is a must.
– Strong understanding of credit reporting and dispute processes.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
– Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
– Must have a stable internet connection.
