We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our daily operations.
Job Description: As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing our client’s credit repair processes, from analyzing credit reports to preparing dispute letters and ultimately uploading them to the credit bureaus directly. Communication is key for us because we want to ensure we are on the same page with our clients and creating a fun and exciting environment that leads to getting our clients results.
Key Responsibilities:
Secure client information and privacy.
Provide recommendations for credit report management.
Inform clients of their rights to dispute information.
Review and analyze credit reports from all three credit bureaus.
Enter results into software platforms such as Credit Repair Cloud, Dispute Fox, and Dispute Suite.
Assist in preparing dispute letters to credit bureaus and creditors.
Offer credit repair services using various software tools.
Prepare and send dispute letters using FTC Letter Stream.
Ensure excellent client communication and customer service.
Develop customized plans to improve clients’ credit scores.
Update clients on their credit repair process progress.
Maintain accurate and organized client records.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications efficiently.
Qualifications:
With experience in the credit disputing industry.
Ability to generate end-of-day reports and maintain organized notes.
A deep understanding of consumer laws and credit dispute processes.
Experience in generating FTC reports and CFPB complaints.
Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work autonomously and intuitively, especially when team members are unavailable.
