Are you an experienced credit repair professional? We’re looking for dedicated experts to help our clients improve their credit profiles.

Key Responsibilities:
Qualifying Leads
Customer Support
Review and Analyze Credit Reports: Identify and correct errors in clients’ credit reports.
Develop Customized Credit Improvement Plans: Tailor strategies to enhance clients’ credit scores.
Client Retention: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Collecting on Failed Payments: Follow up on and collect payments that have failed.
Maintain Client Communication: Provide regular updates and guidance to clients.
Guide Clients: Help clients improve their credit scores through informed advice.
Document Activities: Accurately record all credit repair activities.
Monitor Progress: Regularly check clients’ credit reports to track progress and identify new improvement areas.
CRM Management: Record lead interactions and appointment schedules in our CRM system.
Lead Outreach: Contact leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Ongoing Education: Educate clients on credit management best practices, budgeting, and financial planning.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest credit laws.
Assist with Notes: Help keep notes for primary tasks and communicate regularly.
Respond to Communications: Address emails and texts promptly.
Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of client interactions and progress towards credit repair goals.
Analyze Financial Situations: Develop customized plans based on clients’ financial situations and credit histories.
Requirements:

Proven team player.
Coachable and open to feedback.
Fluent in English.
Ability to work independently and multitask.
In-depth knowledge of credit repair processes.
Ability to read and interpret credit reports.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Familiarity with DisputeFox software.
Reliable internet connection.
Consistent work schedule with long-term commitment.
Effective communication with the processing team.
Availability to work from 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
