Join our team as a Disputer, where your meticulous attention to detail and dedication will be key in resolving credit-related issues for our clients. As a Disputer, you’ll manage the dispute process efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in every step.
Responsibilities:
Client On-boarding: Guide new clients through the on-boarding process, ensuring all necessary documents and information are collected smoothly.
Security Measures: Implement necessary security measures, such as freezes, and adhere to waiting periods before initiating dispute rounds.
Credit Analysis: Analyze clients’ credit reports to identify inaccuracies or negative accounts and initiate disputes to rectify them.
Dispute Letter Drafting: Craft and send dispute letters on behalf of clients for each round of the dispute process.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members to address any credit monitoring issues faced by clients.
Documentation Verification: Verify that clients who come through Jotforms are properly onboarded and ensure the completeness of their documentation.
System Audit: Conduct regular audits of the Jotform system to maintain accuracy and compliance with procedures.
Standard Operating Procedures: Adhere strictly to the Credit Repair Program’s Dispute Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to uphold consistency and quality in dispute handling.
Client Updates: Share monthly client reviews or updates in the designated group channel for team awareness and coordination.
Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to Credit Bureaus such as Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian as required.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with credit reports and dispute processes preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
Proficiency in using Jotform or similar online form systems.
Knowledge of Credit Repair Program’s dispute SOP is an advantage.
