We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as a Sales Intake Representative for Credit Repair Services.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective clients interested in credit repair services.
Engage with potential customers, understand their unique financial situations, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Educate clients on the credit repair process, the benefits of our services, and how we can assist them in achieving their credit goals.
Perform Credit Audit with customers and discuss the best course of action for getting back on track.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our credit repair services and address any concerns or objections raised by prospects.
Conduct thorough and accurate data entry during sales calls to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and team targets, driving revenue growth for the company.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, credit laws, and regulations to provide informed and compliant sales guidance to clients.

Requirements:
Proven track record in sales, particularly in a high-volume call center environment.
In-depth knowledge of the credit repair industry, credit scores, and credit reporting.
Exceptional English-speaking and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
Experience with Credit Repair Cloud and Go High Level
Strong persuasion and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to convert leads into paying clients.
Empathetic and customer-focused approach, with a genuine desire to help individuals overcome their credit challenges.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working in the credit repair industry or a related field.
Familiarity with credit laws such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or other languages.
