Position Overview:
The Credit Repair Specialist/Customer Service Support at Lifestyle Genius will be responsible for assisting our clients in understanding and improving their credit scores while also providing excellent customer support. This role requires meticulous data entry, constant communication with clients, and a deep understanding of credit repair processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Analysis
Accurately input and update client data into our internal systems.
Analyze credit reports for accuracy and opportunities for credit improvement.
Client Communication and Updates
Regularly update clients on the status of their credit repair process.
Address client inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
Educate clients on credit repair best practices and long-term strategies for financial success.
Customer Support
Address and resolve client concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
Stay updated on the latest credit repair strategies, regulations, and trends to better assist clients.
Administrative Support
Assist in maintaining client files, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and organized.
Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer support or credit-related roles is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in data entry and management.
Understanding of the credit repair industry, including laws, regulations, and best practices.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
