Rate: $5/hr
A Florida-based financial services firm has an immediate opening for a CREDIT REPAIR SPECIALIST who can serve as an Executive Assistant to the CEO.

As theCredit Repair Specialist and Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will provide comprehensive administrative support for daily operations and business initiatives. You must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced environment. The ability to prioritize and take direction from multiple people is critical to success in this role.
Responsibilities:
– Answering calls on behalf of the CEO
– Scheduling appointments and managing the CEO’s calendar
– Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
– Responding to requests from staff, and external customers
– Managing projects as assigned by the CEO
– Provide credit repair services to clients using different software.
– Prepare and send dispute letters to credit bureaus and creditors using Mailxstream.
– Analyze credit reports and develop customized plans to improve credit scores.
– Monitor progress of the credit repair process and update clients regularly.
– Maintain accurate and organized client records.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar role, strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
