Credit Repair Virtual Assistant
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced credit repair specialist. Knowledge of disputing in the Dispute Fox system, factual disputing, removing late payments, reading credit reports, creating FTC reports, submitting CFPB complaints and calling the credit reporting agencies to remove inquiries off credit reports, and great communication skills. This candidate must speak English. This candidate will also be responsible for speaking with potential clients, and responsible for selling them on our services. This candidate should be an ambitious, dedicated, and motivated virtual assistant specializing in credit repair services. Read this entire document, and follow the directions to apply. This remote, full-time position involves assisting our team in administrative tasks and direct client communication. If you are passionate about helping others improve their financial health, this role is for you.
What You Will Do:
Develop Strategies: Create and execute strategies for client communication and documentation management.
Self-Improvement: Display continuous motivation, discipline, and willingness to learn and adapt.
Effective Communication: Confidently initiate and handle conversations with diverse clients.
Performance Goals: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Conversion and Retention: Achieve high client conversion rates and maintain strong client relationships.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM EST.
To Excel in This Role, You’ll Need:
Technical Requirements: Reliable laptop/desktop (4 GB RAM, i3 processor), stable internet connection (min 3 MBPS), backup internet source (pocket wifi), VPN, and a USB noise-canceling headset.
Experience: 1+ year of experience in credit repair, sales, customer service. Knowledge in factual disputing is a plus.
Communication: Over 1+ year of effective phone communication skills.
Technological Proficiency: Skilled in CRM (customer relation managers), Website Creation using Click-Funnels, and Credit Repair Websites (dispute fox, dispute panda), insert the words I love credit in the body of your email Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and various social media platforms. Acuity, and Calendly.
Performance-Driven: Motivated by performance-based earnings.
Goal-Oriented: Structured mindset with a focus on exceeding goals.
Adaptability: Experience in high-contact, short sales cycle environments.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Communicate with clients via phone and email, providing information and assistance.
Administrative Support: Manage client documents and maintain accurate digital records.
Scheduling and Coordination: Organize appointments and meetings.
Reporting: Assist in compiling and organizing reports and summaries on client progres.
Soft Skills Required:
Strong communication and highly organized.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Basic Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
Effective web research abilities.
Work Schedule and Holidays:
Full-time position, Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM EST.
Standard Philippine holidays observed.
Eligibility for vacation and sick leaves post-probation.
Salary:
PHP 17,500 – 22,000 per month depending on experience, and proven track record. This position does offer bonuses, therefore performance-based income opportunities are available.
