Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Credit Repair Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in credit repair, with a deep understanding of credit laws and the ability to handle disputes efficiently. This is a long-term position that requires dedication, attention to detail, and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough reviews of clients’ credit reports to identify errors, inaccuracies, or unverifiable information.
• Utilize Client Dispute Manager software to manage and track disputes.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their credit issues and provide actionable solutions.
• Prepare and send dispute letters to credit bureaus and creditors in accordance with CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau) and FTC (Federal Trade Commission) regulations.
• Monitor client progress and update records in real-time.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to clients regarding their credit repair status.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all client information.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit repair.
• Proficient in using Client Dispute Manager software.
• In-depth knowledge of CFPB and FTC regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable and seeking long-term stability in a professional environment.
• Must be comfortable using screenshot monitoring tools to track work hours.
