Job Summary:
The Part-Time Credit Specialist at Credit Clear North will play a pivotal role in analyzing and improving our clients’ credit reports. You will be responsible for conducting thorough credit analyses, managing disputes, and providing expert advice on credit improvement strategies. Familiarity with Credit Repair Cloud software and a deep understanding of consumer credit laws as outlined by the CFPB and FTC are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
– Utilize Credit Repair Cloud software to efficiently manage client cases and disputes.
– Conduct detailed analyses of clients’ credit reports to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
– File disputes with credit bureaus and creditors in compliance with CFPB and FTC guidelines.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations affecting credit reporting and repair, ensuring all practices are compliant.
– Collaborate with clients to develop personalized credit improvement strategies.
– Keep accurate records of client progress and communications within Credit Repair Cloud.
– Provide exceptional customer service, offering clear explanations and guidance on credit repair processes.
– Assist in developing and refining credit repair policies and procedures to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
– Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Proven experience in credit analysis or credit repair, with a strong understanding of Credit Repair Cloud software.
– In-depth knowledge of CFPB and FTC regulations related to credit reporting and repair.
– Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
– Desired Skills:
– Certification or formal training in credit repair, financial counseling, or a related field.
– Experience in negotiating with creditors and credit bureaus.
– Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
