Job Description:
As a Credit Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing clients’ credit reports, identifying negative accounts, and initiating disputes to remove inaccurate or unverifiable information. You will work directly with clients to develop personalized credit repair strategies and provide guidance throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and review clients’ credit reports from major credit bureaus (Experian, TransUnion, Equifax).
Identify negative accounts, errors, and discrepancies on credit reports.
Prepare and submit dispute letters to credit bureaus and creditors on behalf of clients.
Conduct follow-up calls to dispute negative accounts and ensure timely resolution.
Educate clients on credit score improvement strategies and best practices.
Maintain detailed records of dispute status and client communications.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the credit repair process.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in credit repair, credit counseling, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of credit laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in using credit repair software and tools.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in credit repair or credit counseling.
Previous experience working in a financial services or customer service role.
Experience in doing back-end credit repair.
Experience calling credit bureaus.
