Role Description
This is a full-time remote role where you will be responsible for analyzing credit reports to identify errors, inaccuracies, and negative items that can negatively impact clients’ credit scores. You will work closely with clients to dispute and remove these items, and educate them on how to maintain a good credit score. Through your work, you will help clients get back on track financially and achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Filling out documents
2. Organizing and submitting documents to 3 bureaus
3. Creating Onboarding documents such as slides, etc.
4. Creating SOPs
Software: Dispute Fox, My Template, GHL, Excel, Adobe, Google Docs, Microsoft
Qualification
– Must be proficient with Go High Level
– Knowledgeable about Consumer Law
– 2+ years of experience in credit repair or a related field
– Strong knowledge of credit reporting laws and regulations including Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection – Practices Act (FDCPA), and other state and federal regulations
– Ability to analyze credit reports and identify inaccuracies and errors
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Experience with credit repair software and tools
– Ability to work remotely and manage your time efficiently
– High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Terms of Employment:
-Role: Full-time.
-Hours: 40 hours per week.
-Payment Terms: Payment on the 1st and 15th of each month.
