Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed credit analysis for clients to identify inaccuracies and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement customized credit repair plans to address client needs and goals.
Dispute inaccurate information with credit bureaus and creditors on behalf of clients.
Educate clients on effective credit management strategies and financial literacy.
Schedule and conduct initial consultation calls with potential clients to explain our services and enroll them in our programs.
Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on progress and address any concerns.
Schedule and conduct follow-up calls to review clients’ credit reports and adjust strategies as necessary.
Collaborate with team members to stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in credit repair.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Credit Repair Specialist or similar role, with a strong track record of improving clients’ credit profiles.
Thorough knowledge of credit reporting, credit scores, and consumer protection laws (e.g., FCRA, FDCPA).
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex concepts to clients.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.
Certification in credit repair (preferred but not required).
