We are looking for a Credit Repair Specialist who is a natural when it comes to problem solving and will take initiative with her tasks or responsibilities. A team-player, fast learner and is excellent with time management. The purpose of this role is to perform an end-to-end process in disputing negative items in the client’s credit report.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Handle the end-to-end process of disputing negative items in the client’s credit report.
2. Generating letters to be sent to the bureaus and other departments.
3. Creating letters that will address the disputed items.
4. Ensure all information of the client in Credit Repair Cloud and other software is updated.
5. Navigate and use GoHighLevel.
6. Taking calls (both inbound and outbound)
7. Can work independently and under the pressure of deadlines.
8. Willing to work hand in hand with the client in setting up the systems, software, and relevant tools.
9. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Job Qualifications:
1. At least 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Credit Repair Specialist handling US-based clients.
2. Experienced in using Credit Repair Cloud, 30 Day CRA, and other Credit Repair CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
3. Well-versed in the credit repair industry (end-to-end credit dispute processes).
4. Has knowledge and work experience in using GHL.
5. With experience in editing and modifying dispute letters.
6. Basic knowledge or understanding of the laws related to Credit Restoration Laws.
7. Exceptional communication skills both written and oral.
8. Takes initiative in identifying and addressing challenges, seeking opportunities for improvement, and independently contributing to the achievement of organizational goals
9. Fast learner with excellent time management, data entry, and organizational skills
10. Detailed-oriented and keen on details.
11. A team player who is proactive, flexible, results-oriented, and comfortable in a rapidly growing and changing environment
12. A quick thinker and problem solver, and can work independently and under the pressure of deadlines
13. Must have their own laptop and a reliable internet
14. Willing to work 8hrs/day, Mondays to Friday.
15. Willing to work following the US Eastern Time Zone.
