Responsibilities:
-Utilize your excellent English communication skills to provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients via email and phone calls.
-Create persuasive and effective dispute letters to challenge inaccurate information on clients’ credit reports.
-Utilize Credit Repair Cloud or similar software to efficiently manage client accounts and automate workflows.
-Demonstrate a high-level understanding of credit repair principles and strategies to effectively guide clients through the credit improvement process.
-Conduct regular client follow-ups to monitor progress, address concerns, and provide support and guidance.
-Continuously learn and stay updated on credit repair best practices and industry trends.
-Demonstrate a coachable attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and strategies.

Requirements:
-Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, to communicate professionally and effectively with clients.
-Proven experience in creating and sending dispute letters that yield positive outcomes.
-Familiarity with Credit Repair Cloud or similar credit repair software to manage client accounts and streamline processes.
-Strong understanding of credit repair principles at a high level.
-High level of efficiency and attention to detail to manage multiple client cases and tasks simultaneously.
-Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to empathize, listen, and provide effective solutions to client inquiries and concerns.
-Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and implement new strategies.
-Good organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver results.
