Credit Repair Specialist with experience needed
As the Credit Repair Specialist you will initiate and provide comprehensive administrative
support for daily operations and business initiatives. You must be organized and detail
oriented.
Daily Duties and Responsibilities:
– Ensuring clients confidential information is handled with discretion and professionalism
– Responding to requests from staff, and clients through multiple online streams (i.e. email, Ring Central, etc.)
-Understand and/or learn credit reports and how specific changes can increase credit health
– Provide and/or recommend various options on each clients credit reports can be handled or fixed using Credit Repair Cloud
– Assisting in the preparation and sending of appropriate dispute letters to credit bureaus and creditors using online services and
––Remote printing
– Analyze credit reports and assist with development of customized individual plan to improve clients
– Monitor progress of the credit repair process and email update clients regularly.
– Maintain accurate and organized client records.
– An understanding of government agencies involved in consumer rights.
-Ensuring we as a company provide clients or consumers with a written contract before performing any service on their behalf as required by law.
Secondary duties:
• Reviewing full credit reports from all the three major credit bureaus – Equifax, Experian and TransUnion
• Staying aware of the State’s credit repair laws and bond requirements for credit repair organizations and debt collectors.
• Knowledge of information security and privacy
• Deep knowledge of the laws affecting credit and credit repair
• High analytical and problem-solving skills to figure out the issues with consumers’ credit, cleaning up their credit reports so they can begin improving their credit.
• Possessing a credit repair certification is important, as money is personal, and people will only trust a credit repair specialist with their money.

Qualifications:
At least two years of experience as a Credit Repair Specialist, strong problem-solving and
critical-thinking skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate professionalism, and the highest level of
customer service.

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Credit Repair Specialist. This position is for someone that is organized and can handle the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
You must know Credit Repair Cloud software and Dispute Panda, drafting dispute letters, analyzing credit reports, and identifying errors, case management, customer service and have proper business etiquette. You must also be able to perform in a production driven environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy as well as being able to ensure that the information and privacy of clients are well secured.
You must be able to provide and recommend various options on how clients or consumers’ credit reports can be handled or fixed. You must also be able to assist in the preparation of the appropriate letters to the credit bureaus.
