We are a dynamic Credit Repair Company dedicated to improving our clients’ financial goals. We specialize in helping people eliminate thousands of dollars’ worth of debt off their credit report. Our team is expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic VA/Cold Callers/Appointment Setters/Dispute Manager/Customer Care to join our remote team.

What we are looking for: (JACK OF ALL TRADES IN CREDIT REPAIR)
Professional credit repair specialist and processor with extensive experience in the field. Proven track record of success in removing negative items from credit reports and increasing credit scores. Effective methods that will have a positive impact on each client’s credit.

Ability to take a phone consultation if needed.
Client Data Management.
Analyzing all types of credit reports.
Creating effective unique letters for removing negative items using consumer laws under the FCRA.
Fast Removal methods of collections, charge offs, late payments, repossessions, bankruptcies, inquiries, and
more.
FTC Report, BBB and CFPB Complaint Filing.
Personal information freeze or blocking with Advanced Resolution Services, Core Logic, Lexis Nexis,
Sage Stream, Chexsystem, and Innovis.
Mailing of letters and documents through Letter Stream
CRM – GoHighLevel, DisputeFox
Social Media – Facebook, Instagram

Role Overview:

As a Cold Caller / Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, and setting appointments for our sales team. This position requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive nature, and a positive attitude. You will be the first point of contact between our agency and potential clients, making your role vital to our success.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Take Credit Repair Calls and Appointments Scheduled
Initiate Credit Repair Analysis and go over client’s credit report.
Process Disputes for Clients, Client Updates, Client Onboarding Process
Freeze Secondary Bureaus
Utilize the dialer and leads provided to make outbound calls to potential clients.
Clearly communicate the benefits of our services and how we can support their personal credit goals.
Schedule appointments for potential clients.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and company representation at all times.
Achieve or exceed appointment setting and sales goals.
Must speak great fluent English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous cold calling/sales experience.
Access to a high-speed internet connection.
A quiet and distraction-free work environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Commitment to work on the dialer for 4 hours per day, 5 days a week.

Working Hours:
40 hours per week, 8 hours per day/distributed over 5 days (Monday-Friday)
