Credit Repair Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Credit Repair Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, website building skills, and a passion for helping clients improve their credit score. As a Credit Repair Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for onboarding clients, disputing bad items on credit reports, scheduling appointments, managing social media accounts, project managing, and more. The role will also involve managing video calls, travel arrangements, and coordinating with clients on behalf of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding clients and conducting initial consultations to assess their credit situation
Disputing bad items on credit reports and monitoring progress with credit bureaus
Building and managing websites to support credit repair services
Scheduling client appointments and managing the company’s schedule
Coordinating travel arrangements and managing the CEO’s schedule
Managing social media accounts, creating content, and scheduling posts
Conducting video calls with clients to provide updates on credit repair progress
Project managing with timeframe and able to meet deadlines
Maintaining accurate records and client files
Constantly self-educating to stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in website building skills
Experience in credit repair or financial services is preferred
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proficient in using software and tools for scheduling, email management, and social media management
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field is not preferred but would be great for this position
