Critical Thinking Self Motiviated English Speaker

Full time position 9am to 6pm CST (8 hours working, up to 1 hour lunch).

This position is for a sales and customer service agent willing to contribute in other ways when there are no customer inquiries. The company is in its third year and is an online eCommerce business. This role would be the primary person answering the phone, responding to chats, sending emails, and fulfilling orders. You would be expected to enter order details into Excel and utilize formulas. You must be able to do generic math/computing. We have other employees whose primary role is product listings, inventory, etc, but this position would fulfill that role occasionally as needed.

We are looking for someone with top-tier English skills and little to no accent. The best candidate will be able to think critically and find answers on their own by searching our website first, then reaching out to our manufacturers if we do not already have the answers to our customer’s questions available. This person would create documents of frequently asked questions and update our product listings with information we’ve discovered customers are requesting.

Our response speed is critical, so the best candidate will have excellent internet speed so that they can hear the phone and chat notifications instantaneously and pick up right away without delay. You will have backup internet if it goes down from time to time in your area. You will have a laptop and extra battery or generator for power outages. Clear sound communication is critical as well, so you will have a proper working comfortable headset. You will have the computing ability to create and edit Word and Excel files.

I typically pay weekly. I can pay in set PHP or set dollars, your choice. I pay the 13th month bonus and offer paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
