Job Description

If you’re looking at this job post – you might be in luck.

If you ever wanted to be in an industry helping with lead generation, I assure you right now it is the industry of artificial intelligence. Why? Because every company is currently thinking about it and needs to be educated.

We are a team of 3 business partners from the UK. We started a logistics company, scaled the operations fast and sold it in January. We then raised £100,000 to create a service offering selling business consultancy to other businesses who want to buy the technology we scaled our last company with. We have 7 or so other members of our global team helping with operations.

Long story short, we have too much demand and we need a serious, lead generation specialist to join our team and understand our mission.

We work hard. We are ambitious. We want to create a team of like minded others who get what we are trying to do.

As a team of 28 year olds we are sending out proposals for contracts between £50,000 – £500,000.

We’ve landed some, we want to land more.

I require someone who can explain to me the exceptional results they have achieved in their career. Our base salary will be decent – between £1000 – £1500.

Our commission will be on a meeting booked basis + a closed won basis. Meaning we want to give a potential extra £2000 in possible commissions for this role per month. Obviously you are extremely unlikely to get this in the first month, but stick with us and we’ll make sure you get your fair share of the rewards depending on your performance.

Preferential skills include:
– Experience writing emails to CEOs
– Understanding sales frames in conversations
– Understanding of email sending tools like or Smartlead
– Understanding of domain creation processes
– Management of freelancer sites like Upwork / Fiverr
– Impeccable communication skills and the desire to learn more and understand strategy from leadership
– The understanding that failure is ok, learning from mistakes is important and trying something new is better than trying nothing at all. We want a resilient team member not scared to push the boundaries
– Understanding / worked with newsletter sending tools like Klaviyo
– The ability to confidently work with leadership, taking direction, not being shy, but understanding that aligning on a mission is important.

If you don’t have these skills but can show you have achieved great results in other areas around lead generation, that works for me.

Best,
Daniel Gibbs – Managing Director
