Required Qualifications:
• Good Communication Skills.
• At least 2 years of work experience as a CRM Specialist.
• Strong Automations & Logic Experience.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Products and CRM tools.
• Works in a professional manner.
• Works effectively under minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented.
• Able to work on the Graveyard Shift or in the United States Time Zone.

Marketing campaign and project management tasks:
• Facilitate the creative assets from department resources that are needed to implement within a campaign or update existing campaigns
o Will be conducted with a multi-channel approach {email/social library/Print}.
o Help create and maintain custom email newsletters for producers
• Responsible for consistent Marketing CRM Data reporting: Campaign/Journey performance reporting and analysis to be approached with CRM/Product Managers for action post data action items.
• Marketing Automation and Journey revision and creation to ensure the automation rules, triggers, logic, and journey step actions are optimized.
o Optimize by creating and revising journeys to be more segmented in their function by using journey-branched marketing sequences which take into consideration the target/contacts actions up to that point, then ensuring the content and copy being served along the journey is segmented using data to really refine the copy/tone/subject lines, etc. to best suit that stage of a journey which will result in much better open rates, link clicks and CTA usage/timing in the end.
o Additional help to manage custom variations of journeys for the sales field.

KPIs:
• Executing consistent data reporting tasks, analysis summary to applicable marketing peers, and execution of supporting action items post-review.
• New Journeys created and revised per quarter which fits into our current annual product goals and quarterly SMART implementation already outlined and underway for 2023.
• Conducting reoccurring reviews of marketing journeys, conditional logic and triggers, content needs, and automation
o Repeated tasks like continuous journey nurturing to extend the lifetime of a marketing sequence with new content. (weekly/monthly customized newsletter campaigns for example)
• CRM Video asset management and its incorporation within the system.
o Ex. Creating and deploying a repeatable video that updates referral partners and clients about the current market conditions.

System Requirements:
• Connection Speed: at least 25Mbps. with available backup internet.
• Computer/Laptop Specs: Processor Intel i5/i7/i9 8th Gen or greater AMD Ryzen 3000 or greater, at least 12GB RAM, and at least 512 SSD.
• A Dual Monitor/Screen is a plus.
