Position Overview: As the CRM and Email Sequence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimising our customer relationship management system using Engagebay software.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing email marketing campaigns and automation sequences to engage and nurture our leads and customers. This role is critical to enhancing customer satisfaction, retention and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. CRM Management:
• Configure and maintain the Engagebay CRM system to ensure efficient data management and workflow automation.
• Segment and organize customer data for targeted marketing campaigns and personalized communications.
• Implement and manage lead scoring and qualification processes.

2. Email Marketing:
• Design, create, and execute effective email marketing campaigns using Engagebay.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar for email campaigns.
• Monitor email deliverability and make adjustments to improve open and click-through rates.
• A/B test email campaigns to optimize performance.

3. Automation Sequences:
• Create and manage email automation sequences to nurture leads and guide them through the customer journey.
• Set up triggers, conditions, and actions to automate responses and follow-ups.
• Continuously refine and improve automation workflows for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CRM and email marketing efforts.
• Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize engagement.

5. Compliance and Best Practices:
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in CRM and email marketing.

6. Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to align CRM and email strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in CRM management and email marketing.
• Proficiency in using Engagebay software or similar CRM and email marketing platforms.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, automation, and segmentation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Knowledge of email marketing regulations and compliance.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
