Role Overview and Objectives

Doja is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented CRM Manager and Appointment Setter to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring that our customer relationship management (CRM) system is up-to-date and effectively used to manage leads and set appointments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and skilled in both CRM management and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure all customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
Lead Management: Input, track, and manage leads within the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
Appointment Setting: Contact leads to schedule appointments for sales presentations and follow-up meetings.
Data Analysis: Generate and analyze CRM reports to track key metrics and identify trends or issues.
Customer Communication: Engage with potential and current clients via email, phone, and other communication channels to build and maintain relationships.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and support in achieving business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of experience in CRM management and appointment setting, preferably in a technology or AI-related company.
Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
