As part of our growth initiative, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled CRM, Cold Calling, and Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our customer-centric approach and play a key role in our success.

We are searching for a dynamic individual who can seamlessly manage CRM activities, engage in effective cold calling campaigns, and deliver outstanding customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, driving through cold calling efforts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through top-notch service. Must be willing to research and understand our business model.

Responsibilities:

CRM Management:
Utilize CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) to organize, track, and manage customer interactions, sales activities, and customer service requests.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information within the CRM system.

Cold Calling:
Execute outbound cold calling campaigns to generate leads, qualify prospects, and promote our products/services.

Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.

Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback via various communication channels (phone, email, chat).

Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and enhance overall customer engagement.

Qualifications:

Familiarity with Hubspot CRM or a willingness to learn.
