CRM Implementation Support (Hubspot)

Job Title: CRM Automation Implementation Support
Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm PST
Salary: $1,500 – $2,000/month USD

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM System Configuration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining CRM systems for multiple clients. This position requires a deep understanding of CRM software, as well as the ability to work with data from multiple sources and provide outstanding customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize CRM systems for multiple clients to meet business requirements and enhance the user experience.
Create and manage fields, layouts, and page designs within the CRM system.
Develop and implement customized dashboards, reports, and analytics to enable effective data-driven decision-making for multiple clients.
Perform data imports and cleanup to ensure data accuracy and completeness for multiple clients.
Work with multiple clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into CRM system configurations.
Develop and maintain documentation related to the CRM system configuration and customization for multiple clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience working with CRM systems.
Must have experience with Zoho, Hubspot, FreshSales, Pipedrive or ActiveCampaign.
Proven track record of configuring and customizing CRM systems, including creating fields, layouts, and dashboards.
Experience with data analysis, data migration, and data cleanup.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with multiple clients.
