Job Description

We are a dynamic real estate brokerage in Wisconsin with a strong focus on generating and managing a large volume of online leads. We are looking for a dedicated Leads Manager to join our team and help us convert these leads into successful sales. This role is critical to our growth and success, and we are looking for someone who is experienced in managing a CRM (ideally Follow Up Boss), has excellent communication skills, and is highly organized

Responsibilities:
– **Lead Management:** Handle a high volume of online leads, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing to move them through the sales funnel.
– **Data Entry:** Confirm all leads are accurately input into our CRM system and maintain up-to-date records.
– **Communication:** Regularly communicate with potential clients via email, phone, and other digital channels to build relationships and provide information about our services.
– **Reporting:** Generate reports on lead activity and conversion rates, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
– **Collaboration:** Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless handoff of leads and effective follow-up strategies.
– **Process Improvement:** Continuously evaluate and improve lead management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:
– **Experience:** Previous experience in lead management or a related role is REQUIRED.
– **Skills:** Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital tools.
– **Organization:** Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
– **Self-Motivated:** Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
– **Tech-Savvy:** Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new systems and tools.
– **Availability:** Flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones if necessary.
