What’s Happening at our company?
Right now, we’re on an exciting journey to expand our impact – from transforming 170,000 lives to an astounding 1,000,000! To make this dream a reality, we need an amazing CRM Manager to join our team. This role will support our Sales team. Specifically, becoming and expert in our CRM (Zoho) and keeping it insanely organized. Updating the CRM for notes based on sales calls held and activity, assisting our sales team with pulling lists to dial from as well as updating our sales sheet and verifying accuracy daily. Being comfortable jumping on the phone and talking to customers. Lastly, being extremely proactive with items that need to be completed.

Qualifications and Skills
-Previous direct customer relationship management experience for 5+ years
-Extremely friendly and outgoing personality
-Must be very organized and data driven
-Must have great communication skills via email and phone support
-Excellent at data entry
-Proficient with Google sheets & basic formulas
-Excellent writing skills
-Experienced using automations

Types of softwares and tools you MUST be familiar with
-Zoho (our Customer Relationship Management tool- if not familiar with this do not apply)
-Google Sheets/Docs
-Zoom Phone
-Kajabi
-Intercom
-Facebook groups
-Zapier

Schedule:
8 am – 4:30 pm PST, Monday through Friday.
