Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a dedicated CRM Manager/Administrator to manage our Go High Level software.
The Role:
As a CRM Manager/Administrator, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our CRM system runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a mix of technical skill, creativity, and client support to manage both our internal CRM needs and those of our clients who purchase CRM subscriptions.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management: Oversee the contact lists and communication channels for all prospects and clients, ensuring data integrity and effective engagement.
Automation and Workflow Management: Set up and manage all automation within Go High Level, optimizing our marketing and sales processes.
Funnels and Landing Pages: Design and implement effective funnels and landing pages that enhance user experience and conversion rates.
Client Support and Setup: Assist in setting up sub-accounts for clients who purchase CRM subscriptions and provide ongoing support to ensure their success.
Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with our team to report on CRM performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience with CRM systems, particularly Go High Level, including setting up and managing automation, funnels, and landing pages.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and how they can be applied within a CRM context.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to support non-technical users.
Proactive, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high data quality.
Available to work between 11am-3pm AWST, with flexibility to accommodate client needs.
