Position: CRM Manager – GoHighLevel Expert
Salary: $450 USD per week (40 hours per week)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
GoHighLevel Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of GoHighLevel to manage and optimize various tasks, including automations, funnels, and campaigns.
Tech Support: Provide outstanding technical support to clients, promptly addressing any issues they may encounter with GoHighLevel.
Account Management: Efficiently handle client accounts, ensuring they are set up correctly, and actively troubleshoot and improve client experience.
Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, making sure they have a smooth and successful integration with GoHighLevel.
Client and Leadership Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, addressing their inquiries, and updating them on progress. Collaborate with leadership to align on goals and objectives.
Slack Communication: Stay accessible and responsive through Slack for effective team collaboration and communication.
English Proficiency: Communicate fluently in English through email, text, Zoom, and chat, ensuring clear and concise interactions with clients and team members.
Requirements:
GoHighLevel Expert: Proven experience and proficiency in working with GoHighLevel, with the ability to navigate and troubleshoot various features and functionalities.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new tools and software.
Exceptional Communication: Strong command of the English language for clear and effective communication with clients and team members.
Trustworthy and Reliable: Display a high level of integrity and accountability in handling client accounts and sensitive information.
Problem-Solving Skills: Resourceful and proactive in resolving issues and finding solutions for clients.
Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Growth-Oriented: A desire for long-term career advancement and the potential to take on leadership roles, possibly overseeing a team in the future.
