The CRM Project Manager is responsible for helping 10x Global Services’ clients to oversee the successful implementation and management of CRM systems within an organization. Your goal is to enable the organization to effectively manage customer relationships, improve sales processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
This position is 100% remote.

OBJECTIVES
– Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for CRM system implementation, upgrades, and enhancements
– Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
– Coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to project milestones and deadlines
– Monitor project progress, identify risk, hold others accountable to timelines, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
– Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize project activities and allocate necessary resources
– Identify opportunities for growth in our product that will further contribute to ongoing customer success and retention
– Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Business Operations and IT, to ensure any and all customer support or engineering issues are resolved efficiently
– Analyze data and results to guide product and customer success improvements
– Identify opportunities to streamline the customer training/ongoing product education process
– Build custom CRM solutions per client based on a standard delivery schedule
COMPETENCIES
– Demonstration of an in-depth understanding of all core CRM features (Record management, Workflows, Lists, Opportunity Pipelines, etc.)
– HighLevel CRM experience is a major plus!
– Experience working closely with other functions like Operations, Technology and Marketing
– Tech savvy and self-sufficient, willing to supplement training content provided with research
– Strong project management skills to ensure client builds are completed with quality and on time
– Comfortable managing a high volume of client calls to address questions and/or concerns in a professional manner
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
– Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and find solutions, no matter what
– Knowledge of project managements methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred
– At least 5 years’ experience in a project management role
– CRM Operating Experience (not user experience)
– Sales & Marketing Experience a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
– Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
