Who You’ll Be Working With

Initial Onboarding with Founder Flow

Your journey with us will begin by working closely with Kai and the dynamic team at Founder Flow. Founder Flow specializes in building systems and processes for entrepreneurs and has been contracted to recruit a team member to work with Rural Solar. Here’s what you can expect during your initial onboarding.

Daily Huddles – Participate in daily huddles designed to foster a sense of teamwork and collaboration.
Training and Immersion – Engage in comprehensive training sessions to familiarize yourself with our key project: CRM Adoption for Rural Solar.
Cultural Exchange – Kai, who has a deep appreciation for the Philippines, is excited to learn about your beautiful country. Participate in regular cultural exchange that encourages a warm and inclusive working environment.

Transition to Working with Tyson at Rural Solar

After your initial onboarding with Founder Flow, you will transition to working directly with Tyson, the founder of Rural Solar. This phase of your role will mainly include assisting Tyson in managing the ins-and-outs of Rural Solar’s sales process, internal and external coordination, and CRM and finance management.

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized CRM & Sales Operations Assistant, preferably female, with strong expertise in Xero and Zoho. This role involves efficient bookkeeping, financial management, and CRM operations to support our sales process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, clear English pronunciation, and the ability to engage proactively with clients and team members.
Responsibilities

Sales Process Management
– Assist Tyson in managing the sales process, including customer communication, appointment scheduling, and follow-up.
– Coordinate with sales representatives and installers to ensure smooth operations and timely customer service.
– Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records to support business operations.

Client Interaction
– Conduct welcome calls to clients and provide ongoing support as needed.
– Work with a list to perform cold calls to prospects and current clients, seeking referrals.
– Collaborate with Tyson and other team members to optimize sales strategies and processes.

CRM & Financial Operations
– Gain a comprehensive understanding of the CRM system (Zoho) and its functionalities to provide training and support to the team.
– Work closely with the CRM development team to provide insights, feedback, and assistance in the handover and support process.
– Manage and assign sales and invoices using Xero.
– Provide bookkeeping support and maintain financial records accurately.

Qualifications

Communication Skills
– Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with clear pronunciation.
– Cultural understanding and adaptability to interact with Australian clients.

Organisational Skills
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage schedules, appointments, and follow-ups effectively.

Technical Proficiency
– Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Zoho) and sales processes.
– Working knowledge of Xero for financial management and bookkeeping.
– Ability to understand and interpret reports and numbers.

Work Ethic
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
– Proactive in asking questions and seeking clarity to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Additional Qualities
– A strong understanding of finances and bookkeeping.
– A proactive approach to client engagement and problem-solving.
– Ability to provide insights and feedback to improve CRM functionalities.

Salary

Weekly Salary is 200 AUD (approximately 7,348.55 PHP), paid fortnightly.
