CRM Set Up & Email Automation

Job Overview: Following training to help set up the CRM (Click to view), you will play a crucial role in optimizing my client relationship management system. You will be responsible for following the training to set up and configure the CRM platform, creating automated email and text message campaigns, and designing customized follow-up funnels tailored to different client acquisition methods. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to streamline communication, nurture leads, and provide a seamless experience for our clients. Even though there will be training to follow, open to feedback on how to make it better and more powerful.
Key Responsibilities:
1. CRM Setup and Configuration:
• Follow the setup system that will be provided. Customize emails and text messages to align with our residential real estate business processes.
• Create automated setup and triggers for emails to begin when new clients come into the CRM.
2. Automated Email and Text Messaging:
• Set up automated email campaigns for various stages of the client journey.
• Develop text message communication strategies to work in conjunction with emails.
• Make sure emails are being delivered and watch engagement metrics, making adjustments as needed (this will just be for a little bit).
3. Lead Generation Funnels:
• Implement automated follow-up funnels tailored to different lead sources.
• Analyze and optimize funnel performance for maximum lead conversion.

Qualifications:
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with Click to view CRM a plus
• Proven experience in CRM implementation and management.
• Strong proficiency in email marketing and text messaging platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Effective communication and training abilities.
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
