Job Description:
As a CRM Software Specialist at RRM, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining CRM solutions using Go High Level. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and business processes, translating them into effective GHL-based solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass creating funnels, building automations, managing support tickets, onboarding new clients, and executing email campaigns to optimize their CRM experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Funnels and Automations: Design, develop, and optimize marketing funnels and automations within Go High Level to meet client objectives, including lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
Support Ticket Management: Handle and resolve client support tickets related to GHL promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Client Onboarding: Collaborate with clients to onboard them onto the GHL platform, providing guidance, training, and best practices to ensure a seamless transition.
Email Campaigns: Create and manage email marketing campaigns within Go High Level, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
Customization: Customize GHL according to client requirements, including CRM data management, integration with third-party tools, and workflow automation.
Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and functionality of GHL-based solutions, troubleshooting issues as needed.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all GHL configurations, processes, and client-specific customizations.
Client Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and offer ongoing support.
Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest GHL features, updates, and industry trends to recommend improvements and optimize CRM solutions.
Requirements:
Must have GHL experience
Qualifications:
Proven experience in working with Go High Level, including the ability to create funnels, build automations, and maintain the platform effectively.
Strong understanding of CRM concepts, marketing automation, and email marketing.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in managing client relationships and expectations.
Knowledge of other CRM software and marketing tools is a plus.
Proficient in multiple languages such as Spanish and English (read and write)

This position may require occasional weekends or extended hours to meet project deadlines.
