We have identified a gap in the current model of care that leaves those in recovery facing obstacles and barriers as they transition from treatment programs into the focus of building a purpose-driven life through meaningful employment.
We partner with treatment providers, government agencies, and recovery coaches to ensure this important aspect of the recovery journey is accounted for and incorporated into the suite of services offered to their clientele.
Role Overview:
As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for building and optimizing our HubSpot CRM system. This system will play a crucial role in tracking sales opportunities across both B2B and B2C markets, while also serving as the primary communication tool for our existing clients as they engage with our online programming.
In addition, you will leverage the CRM to centralize and report on client outcomes associated with our online programming initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into CRM functionalities.
Build and customize the HubSpot CRM system to align with our specific needs and goals.
Implement automation processes to streamline sales and client communication workflows.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and maintenance.
Provide training and support to internal teams on CRM best practices.
Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and client outcomes.
Stay updated on HubSpot CRM developments and recommend enhancements to optimize system performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in database management, with a focus on CRM systems.
Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM is essential.
Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes and customer journey mapping.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Effective communication skills to train and support internal stakeholders.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to data accuracy.
Familiarity with online programming platforms and associated analytics is a plus.
