Your Role:
Leading the charge on CRO optimisations and improvements for new business and current clients. Showcasing all the different ways CRO increases revenue for ecommerce and inbound leads for B2B companies. Working directly in the “growth” team at StudioHawk supporting CRO suggestions, recommendations and reporting for StudioHawk.
Key Responsibilities:
Include but not limited to;
Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify conversion bottlenecks, usability issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and execute data-driven CRO strategies tailored to the specific needs and goals of eCommerce and B2B clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SEO analysts, UX designers, content creators, and developers to implement CRO initiatives.
Utilize analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and A/B testing platforms to gather insights and measure the effectiveness of CRO efforts.
Conduct thorough analysis of user behavior, customer journeys, and website performance metrics to inform optimization strategies.
Implement A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experimentation techniques to validate hypotheses and optimize conversion funnels.
Optimize website elements including landing pages, product pages, checkout processes, forms, and calls-to-action to improve conversion rates.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRO, eCommerce, and B2B marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
The Ideal Candidate:
2-3+ years of CRO experience
Previous history of working for an Australian based digital marketing agency
Full time availability
Experience working with ecommerce and B2B
