Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a high level of computer skills and a keen eye for detail. This role will involve implementing new A/B tests using our internal system, executing these tests, and providing the team with analytical analysis of the results. The CRO Specialist will work closely with our development, design, and marketing teams to optimize our conversion rates and drive our business growth.
Responsibilities:
– Implement and execute A/B tests using our internal system.
– Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to the team.
– Collaborate with the development, design, and marketing teams to optimize conversion rates.
– Use data-driven insights to improve our digital marketing strategies.
– Stay updated with the latest CRO trends and best practices.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in a similar role.
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
– High level of computer skills. (basic dev experience is an advantage but not a requirement)
– Knowledge of A/B testing and data analysis.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
