CRO Data Analyst

Join a team of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) specialists and take on the role of CRO Data Analyst.

Your job in one sentence:
Monitoring the progress of our client’s A/B tests and analysing the data from various angles and deriving key insights and learnings from the tests conducted, including different browsers, devices, and traffic sources.

You must tick all these boxes:
– Experience in web analytics and Google Analytics
– A strong drive to excel and consistently improve (A Player mentality)
– Immediate availability to start work
– Excellent English communication skills, including the ability to participate in video calls.
– Have curiosity (the most important element of this role, to keep asking Why and keep digging)

Nice to have:
– Ability to work in the Australian/Asia/European time zones.
– Experience in data analysis and working with Google Analytics 4
– Experience in statistical analysis
– Experience using Google Optimize or Click to view
– Experience in project management
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Digital Marketing, Human-Computer Interaction, Economics, Statistics, Information, Science, etc.)
– Familiarity with Figma, Asana and Airtable
– Understanding of front-end web design and development (HTML, CSS and JavaScript/jQuery)
– Genuine interest in human behaviour and a desire to understand why certain changes succeed or fail.

What to expect:
– Approximately 2-3 tests to analyse per week initially
– On average, each test will take 2-3 hours to complete.
– Complete each analysis within 2 days of receiving it.
– The number of tests per week will gradually increase.
