Position: Crypto/Blockchain Social Media Content Creator
Location: Remote
Salary: $12/hr (all paid in crypto, if you are not comfortable getting paid in crypto please do not apply)
Hours : 20 hours/week

1. Innovation Proposal: Submit a brief proposal (1-2 pages max) outlining your ideas and strategies for driving high traffic and engagement on Twitter and other social media platforms for Energi and the GonnaMakeIt (GMI) NFT Marketplace. Highlight how you plan to leverage trends in the crypto and NFT space, create captivating content, and engage the community. We are looking for clear, innovative ideas that show your understanding of Energi and GMI, and your ability to think outside the box.
2. Portfolio Submission: Please provide a portfolio or examples of social media accounts you have managed or content you have created, particularly in the crypto/blockchain sector. This should include links to your active personal Twitter account with regular posts on crypto trends over the last two years, as well as any Medium articles or other relevant content you’ve produced. Your portfolio should demonstrate your creativity, engagement strategy, and how well your content aligns with Energi’s brand voice.
Requirements
(Only candidates with active personal twitter accounts for last two years with regular personal posts on crypto trends will be considered for the position)
Necessary Filed Experience and Skills
1. A strong understanding and experience (3yrs) of blockchain fundamentals, NFT space and crypto culture and trends.
1. Passionate about blockchain technology, crypto security and a decentralized future.
3. Knowledge of NFTs and NFT marketplaces.
4. Knowledge of trading cryptocurrency and NFTs.
Necessary Content Making Skills
1. Proven work experience as a Crypto Social Media Manager on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and Medium.
2. Active Personal Twitter account with active postings for atleast last two years.
3. Excellent writing and editing skills in English
4. Experience in writing creative, captivating articles or other short content about blockchain protocols. Please share your medium articles that you have posted. Personal Medium account is a plus for the job.
Necessary Personal Skills
1. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce content that is engaging and on-brand.
2. Experience creating content for social media platforms with extremely short turn-around times (ie: in real-time) A fast learner with a “get things done” attitude.
3. Able to react fast. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce content that is engaging and on-brand.
5. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as working within a decentralized global team
6. Creative mind and storytelling skills (this is a must, you interview question will be based on this).
7. You are capable of meeting deadlines and be flexible while working.
Responsibilities
(Disclaimers: Majority of our activities are through Twitter posts, hence you need to be skilled in making daily twitter posts with appealing graphics. These posts are posted on our other social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Reddit. So you must have experience of over two years in making quality and high traffic Twitter posts).
Energi Specific Responsibilities
1. Making Twitter posts themed on Energi and GonnaMakeIt NFT Marketplace with appealing graphics.
2. All posts should be accompanied by appealing Graphics/GIF that is not predominantly AI generated.
3. Making short videos by importing content from recent influencer videos, Twitter spaces or interview of the founder. The video shorts should be graphically appealing.
4. Drafting Medium articles related to recent project updates, Energi/GMI existing infrastructure, partnerships, new dApp launch or existing dApp performance.
5. Drafting Medium articles relating Energi/ GMI to current crypto developments.
Day- to- Day Responsibilities
1. Prepare well-structured drafts for Twitter/LinkedIn/Facebook/YouTube posts using digital publishing platforms. (E.g. original text, photos, short videos and news).
2. Create and distribute marketing copy with eye catching high quality graphics to advertise our dApps, activities, and updates using Canva/Midjourney/Dall-e (Working knowledge of these three is a must).
3. Design and implement social media strategy to align with Project goals.
4. Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Twitter Page cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
6. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews. Need to be active on our all our discord and telegram channels as well as quick in replying to comments on social media (This is a must for the job).
7. Monitor post views, likes and retweets/reposts as well as traffic to all our social media platform including website.
8. Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares).Set specific objectives and report on ROI using advanced social media tools like Social Blade.
9. Research blockchain industry-related topics, trends, and news. You need to be a regular reader to keep up with crypto trends (This is a must for the job).
10. Suggest and implement new content making strategies to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions, Twitter posts. (If you cannot think outside the box this job is not for you).
11. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
12. Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
13. Interview industry professionals and incorporate their views in a blog and other social media posts
14. Edit and proofread written pieces before publication.
15. Identify community and crypto space’s trends and recommend new topics for content creation.
