Here at BUNCH, we are looking for someone to lead a team of crypto community moderators. What we need is a Subject Matter Expert in crypto and of course excellent customer service. We need a passionate, enthusiastic, ‘go-getter’ who is willing to go the extra mile; Someone who cares about the community they are representing; and someone who is well informed, with a mindset to enhance community happiness. What makes you qualified?
– Minimum 2 years of experience as a Community Moderation SME/Team Lead or equivalent role, managing a team of community moderators and communicating with international clients via chat
– Intermediate to advanced knowledge of blockchain technology and DeFi (Decentralized Finance) solutions
– Solid knowledge of Telegram and Discord
– Outstanding written communication skills
– Aptitude for learning new technologies quickly
– Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized
– Ability to work shifting schedules as required (Primary shift is 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm)

What will make you stand out?
– Experience managing a small team operating 24/7
– Personal experience in trading crypto, either short-term (day trading) or long-term (investing)
– Participating as an active member in crypto communities/projects on Telegram and Discord
– Good level of critical and analytical thinking skills

What does a typical day look like?
– Manage and coach a team of community moderators
– Conduct daily/weekly QA of moderators’ interactions with the community
– Identify process, guidelines, and system gaps and recommend optimizations as needed
– Identify and report trends such as recurrent topics or questions
– Serve as the first client escalation point for any day-to-day delivery issues
– Assist moderators in engaging with community members via chat
