A little bit about what we do and who we are:
We are a firm that is able to take an idea for a cryptocurrency project and take it to market with a token and make their project live. We do this in multiple phases,
Phase 1: Preparing all materials required for the data room (whitepaper, tokenomics, pitch deck, website, etc)
Phase 2: Growing the community and socials and beginning outreach to launchpads and investors
Phase 3: Go to market with healthy investment pool and health community to provide retail investment support and fanbase and create the actual product
That being said, as you can imagine, these phases require quite a lot of work and back and forth with each client. We regularly have anywhere from 10-20 clients that we work with through these phases. The day to day activities of our team members consists of completing out task items to benefit the clients and their projects and then calls to updates our clients on our progress and receiving more tasks from them and then calls and communications with our marketing vendors and launchpads and investors.
We are a pretty developed team all with experience in our own fields and our own lines of work. However, something we all have in common is that we are in need of somebody to help us manage our relationships with our vendors and our organization of our relationships so that our clients can get insight into the work that we are doing more clearly. For example, if we have a staff member connecting every client to 3 new investors, we need to have an organization structure in place to show every client that has been done and manage those relationships in terms of taking notes and keeping links to each chat and scheduling calls and sending follow ups in case our staff or our clients’ staff don’t send follow ups and forget about some of these relationships.
Some of the tasks that you will be assigned to do (but not all) include:
– join every client call and take notes on the matters of the call so that we can later on provide follow ups with actionable next steps and call notes to those who missed the call
– join every client chat and chats with all of our relationships to take notes so that we can update our clients during our calls and we can update our calendars
– complete data entry for spreadsheets and sometimes presentations as well and sometimes applications via forms as well
– moderate telegram and discord communities (will manage moderators once the communities are too large to moderate by yourself)
– track actioned items across each client’s project (has the initial marketing call been presented? if so, create calendar, if so, customize calendar and update it, etc, etc)
– simple article writing (should use chatGPT) for clients on a weekly basis
– create marketing ideas for clients’ social medias and suggest these ideas to our social media management team
– use SMM panels to promote social media channels
– track and analyze all marketing initiatives done to date and keep track of how much each campaign has converted
You will be trained and told what to do for majority of these tasks, however, prior experience and a willingness to take things into your own hands is appreciated and necessary. You will report directly to me, however, there will be many times when other team members will ask you to complete tasks. it is expected that once you are told to do something once, you know how to do it and will likely not need it to be explained to you again.
