We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, ensuring excellent customer support, managing order fulfillment, processing refunds, handling PayPal and Klarna disputes, and working with Google Sheets. This position is part-time, requiring availability for 7 days a week, 2 hours per day.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
-Monitor and evaluate the performance of the customer service team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to company policies and procedures.
-Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
-Process order fulfillment and ensure timely shipping and delivery of products.
-Manage refund requests, following established procedures and maintaining accurate records.
-Checking if paypal + klarna disputes are handled correctly.
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PayPal and Klarna dispute processes and guidelines.
-Collaborate with the operations team to optimize customer service processes and procedures.
-Utilize Google Sheets to track and analyze customer service metrics, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement.
-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service management.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or a similar role in an e-commerce or dropshipping environment.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
-Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
-In-depth understanding of PayPal and Klarna dispute processes and resolution strategies.
-Proficiency in working with Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet software.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries and maintain a professional and positive demeanor.
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
-Flexibility to work 2 hours a day, 7 days a week.
