calmbox is a monthly subscription box service delivering tranquillity and relaxation to our subscribers through a carefully curated collection of calming products. We’re in search of a Part-Time Customer Service Expert who can help our customers have the best possible experience.
As a key member of our team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and build lasting relationships through HelpScout emails and Facebook/IG messages via Facebook Business Manager. Not to worry, you won’t be on your own – you’ll be working directly with the CEO and will receive comprehensive training on our systems and customer service procedures.
Here’s what your daily life will look like:
– Respond to approximately 10-20 customer inquiries a day.
– Keep a consistent schedule, checking in for incoming emails throughout your shift.
– Submit a daily report on Slack summarizing your activity for the day.
– Maintain an organized record of customer interactions.
– Offer feedback and ideas on how we can improve our service, including noticing when many customers are reporting similar issues.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
* Prior customer service experience (1+ year)
* Excellent English language skills
* Familiarity with customer service helpdesk platforms (required), preferably HelpScout (beneficial)
* Experience with Facebook Business Manager (beneficial, but not necessary)
We’re looking for someone who is:
* A fast learner, able to quickly adapt to new tools and procedures
* A problem-solver, able to think quickly and resolve issues effectively
* A detail-oriented individual who cares about the small things
Our Customer Service Expert will work part-time for 15-20 hours per week, spread over 6 days from Monday to Saturday. While many days will be less busier than others (average day will have 60 minutes or less of work), you’ll be paid a consistent salary regardless of the workload. We value work-life balance, so we’re offering flexible hours, 10 vacation days a year, as many sick days as needed, and all major Filipino holidays off.
The starting salary for this position is $400 per month, with potential for growth and advancement within the company. After 4 months of service, you will also be eligible for the 13th-month benefit.
