Job Summary:
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative for Operations, you will be responsible for
managing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with our operational

providing exceptional customer service while effectively managing operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely
manner.
Provide accurate information regarding our cleaning services, pricing, and scheduling options.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive customer
experience.
Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule cleaning appointments based on customer preferences and availability.
Coordinate with customers and cleaning technicians to ensure seamless scheduling and
minimize disruptions.
Update scheduling software/database with appointment details and relevant customer
information.
Operational Coordination:
Collaborate closely with the operational team to assign cleaning jobs, allocate resources, and
optimize scheduling efficiency.
Communicate customer preferences, special requests, and job-specific details to cleaning
technicians.
Monitor job progress and address any operational issues or delays proactively.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct follow-up calls or surveys to gather feedback from customers regarding the quality of
service provided.
Document customer feedback and relay important insights to the operational team for
continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to company standards and policies in all customer interactions and service
deliveries.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and documentation as
needed.
Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or operations management is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using customer service software/systems and scheduling tools.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
