We are seeking a dedicated customer-oriented candidate to be our Inbound Call Taker (CSR). You will play a vital role in ensuring outstanding customer service and providing support to both our clients and team members. A proactive team-player who can quickly learn our processes and systems to help us deal with inbound client inquiries in a timely manner.
**Responsibilities:**
– Handle inbound calls efficiently, providing excellent customer support for two distinct companies.
– Engage in outbound calling tasks as needed, demonstrating versatility in handling various responsibilities.
– Perform general office tasks to support smooth operations.
**Job Description:**
**1. Phone Call Management:**
– Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
– Effectively address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
– Follow guidelines for customer interactions and issue resolution.
– Accurately gather information to book service calls.
**2. Booking Calls in Service Titan:**
– Utilize Service Titan to schedule and manage service calls.
– Enter customer details and assign appropriate technicians.
– Ensure accurate data entry “C” to minimize errors.
– Review dispatch dashboard for scheduling accuracy.
**3. Customer Service Excellence:**
– Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor.
– Provide clear information about our services and pricing.
– Demonstrate empathy and patience with customers.
– Aim to exceed customer expectations.
**4. Communication and Reporting:**
– Maintain open communication with clients for updates.
– Provide regular reports on call volume and customer feedback.
**Requirements:**
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Flexibility to work 2 days off a week for better work-life balance.
– Experience with Service Titan “S” preferred.
– Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
– Fluent in English; Native American speaker preferred.
– Own computer, noise-canceling headset, and high-speed internet.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Resourceful and capable of resolving issues quickly.
– Ability to work without distractions.
– Available for graveyard shift Pacific Time, full-time schedules with 2 days off.

**Compensation:** $640 monthly salary with biweekly payout + unlimited $10 commission with every booked membership.
