CSR, Local SEO, and GMB Specialist

Part-time. Work on Saturdays and Sundays PST 6 AM – 9 AM, 5 PM – 12 AM

We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative and Local SEO and GMB Specialist to join our team.

We have two companies: Electrical and plumbing. We are switching to 24-hour services and need more people to employ.

Work as a CSR:
Handle incoming calls.
Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians.

Note: We do not expect a high volume of calls during these hours, so the learning process will be manageable. The main focus will be on GMB and local SEO.

Skills Required:
Fluent/native level of English
Willingness to learn
Experience with GMB Optimization and Local SEO
Web design and SEO experience is highly desirable
Strong attention to details

Pay:
TBD: Attractive hourly rate based on experience. Pay will depend on your skill level and qualifications.

About Me: I own two companies: Pacific Plumbing Team and Dynamic Power Group. I have been in business for over 8 years and currently have 15 employees. We are a close-knit group where everyone is responsible for our success. Even though this is a part-time position, we are looking for someone willing to join us long-term.
